- Subscribers are not charged an emergency fee.
- The discounts from the subscriptions apply only to the list prices and cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions.
- Subscription patients can benefit from any other ongoing promotional offer that does not accumulate a discount.
- To avoid confusion, here are some examples:
- if the current offer contains a package of services, for example "cleaning, whitening and teeth straightening" at a certain total price for the package, the subscribed patient cannot apply the subscription discount to change the price of that package.
- if the current offer includes "10% discount on cleanings," and the patient with a subscription already has a discount, they cannot accumulate these discounts to obtain a larger one, but can choose between the two the more favorable one.
- if the current offer includes "free cleaning with the purchase of an implant," then subscription patients who will buy the implant (with the subscription discount) are eligible to receive a free cleaning.
- if the subscription includes a discount on "implant and implant accessories**", and the current offer includes a larger discount only on the implant (without other adjacent work), the patient is eligible to receive the discount from the offer on the implant, and the subscription discount on other adjacent work.
- All terms and conditions of the subscription are described and dictated by the subscription contract.
